you, kayla. >>> dramatic day in boston where helicopters have been following nfl star aaron hernandez' every move. he's been questioned in connection with a homicide. police have not made him a suspect, we want to stress that, and no arrests have been made right now. the new england patriots' tight end spent part of the day at gillette stadium though no practice was scheduled. police spent the last day's searching his sprawling home outside of boston. this as officers covered an industrial home where the body of 27-year-old odon lloyd was found monday. lloyd was a member of the local semipro football team. he and hernandez were associates. sources say a rental car tied to the investigation was rented in hernandez' name. and more trouble for the pro bowler also came to light this week. a lawsuit filed back in june, june 13th, actually, alleges hernandez shot a man in the face after an argument at a miami strip club. joining me live on the phone is wesley lowrie. what's the latest? >> thanks so much for having me. it's been quite a circus here in boston. unclear if and when an arrest wi

is thickening in the investigation of the football star, aaron hernandez, days after a body turned up a mile from his mansion. state police were inside the house again today. reporters in the neighborhood southwest of boston, say police walked in with what appeared to be a legal sized envelope, then walked out a culp minutes later without the envelope. remember, a jogger discovered the body of 27-year-old oden lloyd at an industrial park on monday. lloyd was a fast ball play for a semi pro team in bobble, called the boston bandits. our station there has been doing great work, finding out the facts here. wfxt in boston reports they surveillance video captured aaron hernandez and two other people walking into the nfl star's home this week, within minutes of neighbors hearing gunshots. we're outside the home. do we have any idea where aaron hernandez is now? reporter: actually, shep, we don't know. we don't know if he returned to this home or where is less than a mile or so a short walk from where the body was discovered just down the road there has been some activity at the home today. in the
sports star is in trouble. aaron hernandez of new england patriots football team may soon be arrested in connection with a murder of an acquaintance. molly line is in massachusetts tonight. good evening, molly. >> reporter: good evening, chris. for much of the day, we didn't know where aaron hernandez was, until about an hour ago, when he arrived home in that same white audi the media was tracking him in throughout the day yesterday. he was driven here by one of his lawyers. hernandez jumped out of the back seat, went inside where he remained. another attorney arrived in a second car, both lawyers went in the home roughly ten minutes before leaving without comment. arising nfl star, he is used to the spotlight on the field. now he is under intense media scrutiny, his upper class, north at or borrow home surrounded by tv cameras, less than a mile from the steen where the body was discovered monday afternoon. the lawyer representing him has not returned calls. he said neither we nor aaron will have any comment about the substance of that investigation until it has come to a conclusion.
